Guinness Pro 12: Jeff Hassler scores v Connacht

During his time playing professional rugby in Wales Canadian international winger Jeff Hassler has earned praise. His growing reputation is such that Welsh rugby followers have spoken of the Canadian as being the best winger in Wales.The North American was named in the Pro 12 Dream Team in his first season and now into his second he is continuing where he left off as he has scored four tries in the opening seven rounds of the Pro 12 and one in the two rounds of the European Champions Cup. In the recently completed seventh round Hassler crossed for a second half try against Connacht. Having linked with Dan Evans, Hassler ran around fullback Darragh Leader to score in the left corner. The twenty-three year old is a part of Canada's squad which will face Namibia, Samoa and Romania this month in Europe.
