Argentina completed a 56-22 victory over French Top 14 side Grenoble on Saturday to secure a two-nil series win. The South Americans played open, running rugby which saw some impressive tries being scored but also saw errors being made such as an intercept try being handed on a plate to Grenoble. In the end Argentina scored seven tries to three and did so in front of a delighted crowd who showed reason why Catamarca ought to host test matches in the future. The Estadio Bicentenario is one of a number of venues in northern Argentina that could host World Cup matches should Argentina be allocated Rugby World Cup 2023.
