Los Condores coaches Elias Santillán and Mark Cross have opted for change as Chile prepares to face Uruguay in a round three South American Championship match in Montevideo on Saturday. Chile is coming off two underwhelming performances - an away loss against Brazil and a narrow 22-18 home victory over Paraguay in Concepción.
In search of an improved performance Chile has made three changes with players from outside of the capital having been selected. for Los Condores' toughest match too date. Included are Daniel Jamett of Concepción club Troncos and the Vinã RC duo of Matías Verschae and Martín Vershae.
Their inclusion comes in place of Juan Ignacio Forttes (Old Georgians) and José Ignacio Larenas (U. Católica). The updated twenty-three man Los Condores squad features players from Santiago, Viña del Mar and Concepción. The match will be played at the home of Uruguayan rugby, Estadio Charrúa. It is scheduled to kick-off at 3:45pm local time (2:45pm Chilean time)
