Bosch scores as Biarritz lose in Italy again

Biarritz's struggles are still continuing, despite their World Cup players having returned for a while now (apart from Yachvili who has been struggling with injury). Les Biarrots are at the bottom of the Top 14 still and were defeated by the Italian side in the Heineken Cup last Saturday, their second defeat to an Italian side in the past 2 seasons.

However, in regards to their Heineken Cup campaign, they got the 4 try bonus point which added to their losing bonus point equals the same amount as the draw which group rivals the Ospreys got. They still have a chance of qualifiying but it's no longer in their hands and I'm not sure if the tournament will still be a priority now with domestic relegation looking a possibility.

One of those 4 tries, was scored by Argentine Marcelo Bosch who was playing at 10 in this match and has been shifted between 10 and 13 for Biarritz this season nearly every match it seems. Bosch threw a dummy and stepped inside thorugh a large gap in the Treviso defense.

  1. Bosch is able to contribute more to the game at 13 than 10. His future lies at outside centre for Biarritz and Los Pumas.
