Eusebio Guiñazú in Barbarians side to face Australia

Former Argentine international frontrower, Eusebio Guiñazú has been selected for the Barbarians side to face Australia on November 26 at the home of rugby, Twickenham. The versatile frontrower who can play both prop and hooker no longer plays for Toulouse after his contract expired last month. With Toulouse miossing so many players to World Cup duty for France and other sides, Guiñazú had been on contract with the French powerhouses as a medical joker. The man from Mendoza will feature for the combined teamknown as the Barbarians alongside a host of World Class players from around the World. He has bneen named as one of five frontrowers with All Blacks Rugby World Cup 2011 champion, Keven Mealamu being selected at hooker alonngside South Africa´s Adriaan Strauss. Guiñazú is likely to be used as a prop with Italian international Salvatore Perugini and French international Sylvain Marconnet being the two others named.

Mealamu is to be joined by fellow World Champions Sonny Bill Williams (centre), Adam Thomson (backrow) Isaia Toeava (fullback) and Jerome Kaino (backrow). There are also two 2007 World Cup winners in Victor Matfield (secondrow) and Bryan Habana (left wing). Australia are to complete their two match tour the following weekend with an international match against Wales at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff.
