Figuerola replaces Lalanne
Despite being left out of the Pumas squad for Rugby World Cup 2011, Brive scrumhalf, Agustín Figuerola, has been flown to Cardiff to play for Argentina this Saturday against Wales at the Millenium Stadium. He takes a place on the bench in place of Alfredo Lalanne who has been ruled out of the match with a minor injury. He is expected to recover in time without any problems to be fit to take his place in the match-day 22 vs England in on September 10 as Los Pumas open their Rugby World Cup campaign.
Figuerola was flown out of Buenos Aires and has arrived in Cardiff less than 48 hours before the match - a tough ask for any player. He was a surprize exclusion from Los Pumas squad for New Zealand 2011 after an impressive season in the french Top 14 with Brive.
