Rodrigo Roncero - Greatest Ever RWC Looshead Prop?

Stade Français forward and Argentina international, Rodrigo Roncero is one of five nominations for the IRB Dream XV for the position of loosehead prop. Roncero has been nominated based on his performaces at Rugby World Cup 2007 in which he was considered to be the best player in his position and did a lot to help Argentina shake up the world en route to winning the Bronze Medal. The competition is tough and just winning a nomination is a huge accomplishment. Roncero is up against Jason Leonard of England who was a reserve in the 2003 World Cup Final after having played his first World Cup twelve years earlier. South Africa´s two time Rugby World Cup winning Os du Randt is also nominated as are Steve McDowell who won in 1987 with the All Blacks and Scotland´s David Sole.

There are already two Pumas in the all time Rugby World Cup Dream XV in scrumhalf Agustín Pichot and tighthead prop, Omar Hasan. Will there be a third? You can vote. Simply enter the Total Rugby Page on either the Twitter on Facebook social network to register your vote.
