Kevin Swiryn doing well in France

USA Eagles winger Kevin Swiryn has only been playing in France for two months but he has already cemented his place in the starting lineup for Agen in the Top 14. He was key for Agen in the teams only win of the season thus far vs Biarritz on August 28 when he scored his teams only try. His form is very encouraging for the USA Eagles who look like having their best ever back three for their european tour this november.

This past weekend Agen lost to current champions ASM Clermont in Clermont but Swiryn scored the games first try to give his team a 7-0 lead after seven minutes. The might of the champions proved to much, however, as Clermont went on to score seven tries and win the match 45-17. This past weekend also saw good performances from other USA wingers with Zee Ngwenya (Biarritz) and Chris Wyles (Saracens) both putting in good performances as their teams were victorious in the Top 14 and Aviva Premiership.
