Americas players doing well in Scotland
Round two of the 2010-2011 Magners League will see the return of Pumas forward, Esteban Lozada who will be making his debut for Edinburgh vs Munster at Scotland largest stadium, Murrayfield tonight. The ex-Toulon secondrower will pack down alongside Scottish international, Scott MacLeod and a powerful front row of Scottish internationals Geoff Cross, Ross Ford and Allan Jacobson. Edinburgh will also have a superb back line featuring Scottish internationals Chris Paterson, Ben Cairns, Alex Groove, Phil Godman, Mike Blair and Dutch winger Tim Visser. In a match which should be high scoring given the outstanding backlines of both teams, the forwards will be crucial to give their team every chance of victory. Edinburgh were defeated by the Cardiff Blues in round one.
Scotland´s other professional team will also be packed with international players. Scottish stars such as Max Evans and Graeme Morrison will be joined by two Argentine internationals and two Canadians. Former Pumas fullback, Bernardo Stortoni will again captain the Glasgow Warriors and will form an all-Americas back three with fellow Argentine, Federico Martín Aramburu and Canadian test cetnre DTH van der Merwe who will play wing again after scoring a try in the openning win vs Irish powerhouses, Leinster last weekend. New Canadian signing, Chauncey O´Toole will start at 6 as Glasgow travel to face the Newport-Gwent Dragons at Rodney Parade on Sunday.
