El Mago is Back


This weekend will see the long awaited return of Juan Martín Hernández after a 10 month injury lay-off sustained while playing for the Sharks in South Africa´s Currie Cup. As it is his first match back he has been selected as a replacement for Racing Metro Paris vs Toulon in Toulon on Friday. In am interview with scrum.com.ar, Hernández said he is likely to play around 20 minutes. Argentine backrower, Alvaro Galindo will start at 7 and prop Juan Orlandi will join Hernández on the bench.

After two rounds, Racing Metro are in 12th position after wining their first match but losing to Montpellier in round 2. The club will be looking to use Hernández appropriately so that he can be eased back into French club rugby and thus contribute better to his new club.
